Margaux is the ideal agent for this challenging real estate market. We live in the Bay Area and were looking at houses on the Westside. Margaux got us focused on the right neighborhood. Then she was "boots on the ground" literally walking neighborhoods and getting a feel for the micro-market. When our search became super focused she had all sorts of clever approaches to sourcing new leads. Once we found a place we liked she built relationships with the seller's broker and worked in a super-focused manner.
